The building was designed by the renowned Kadarik Tüür Architects OÜ and was nominated as "Concrete Building of the Year 2024".

Vektor's building complex was the first in the Baltic region to receive the international LEED Gold certificate, confirming the building's energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.

The main contractor for construction is Nordecon AS.

HEATING, VENTILATION AND COOLING IN A SMART HOME

The apartment has district heating-based underfloor heating and ventilation with heat recovery.

During the summer period, a central cooling system together with FanCoil units maintains a pleasant indoor climate.

A very important addition to the apartment is the smart home solution, which allows you to control heating, cooling and ventilation. It is also possible to monitor real-time energy consumption. The system automatically transmits meter readings to the building management.

Additionally, you can use the intercom system and control all functions both within the apartment and via the internet.
