The summer house layout is very well thought out. The project was compiled in 2015 by architect Mihkel Urmet. The summer house is located in a unique place - on a hill's edge, by a field, offering a rare 180-degree panoramic view straight to the horizon. The view creates spaciousness for both the eye and thought, making this place ideal for creative work, brainstorming, or simply peaceful recharging. This is truly a green refuge - electricity is produced by sun and wind, and the sewage system is solved with a modern Biorock system. It is perfect for those who value independence, living in nature's rhythm, and drawing inspiration from a pure environment.
The summer house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, corridor, storage room, shower room, and toilet. The living room and kitchen are open. The other rooms are separate. The interior finishing is done predominantly with wood. The summer house has triple-glazed package windows and sliding doors that open to the terrace. A large terrace spans almost the entire summer house. The building is well-insulated and retains heat well. The entire household is off-grid, meaning electricity production is done with solar panels (2 kW) and vertical wind turbines (2 kW). There is a separate container for inverters and batteries. The sewage system is Biorock.
The container shed can conveniently accommodate tools and store other equipment not needed on a daily basis.
No landscaping has been done - it's simply a small summer house in the middle of nature.
Corridor, kitchen, living room, bedroom, storage room, shower room, toilet.
The summer house sale price includes the furnishings in the summer house. The price can be negotiated based on the furnishings and items.
Summer house utility costs are around 20 euros in summer and around 40 euros in winter.
The summer house comes with 1.7 hectares of land, offering plenty of space for leisure, gardening, or even building additional structures.
