For Rent: House Built in 2018 by Maardu Lake
The house is built following solar architecture principles.
The first floor includes a two-story living room, kitchen, wood-fired sauna, WC/bathroom, garage, boiler room, and woodshed. The living room features a heat-storing fireplace-stove.
There is a terrace on the lake-side and southern side of the house.
Telia internet is installed with a fiber optic cable, 200MB.
The plot is surrounded by a fence.
The house can be heated with a solid fuel boiler, which can be fired with firewood (heating costs approx. 1,300 euros per year) or using wood chips or pellets. A stoker burner is installed with a 900-liter automatic screw feeder. The various solid fuel usage options make heating the house affordable and as simple as possible.
Another option is heating with a remotely controlled fully automatic natural gas boiler.
Thanks to newly built road junctions and 4-lane roads, you can reach Tallinn City Center in about 20 minutes. Two fishing-suitable lakes are nearby - Maardu Lake and a lake formed in the old main mine. At Maardu Lake, there is a shared swimming spot, grilling area, and a small boat harbor.
Streets are asphalt-covered, and roads are maintained by Maardu City Government (snow removal, street washing, etc.).
Utility costs are added to the rent.
When signing the contract, the first month's rent must be paid in advance, a security deposit of two months' rent, and a broker's fee of one month's rent.
