A stylish single-story house that also meets demanding tastes. The heart of this 5-room stone house is neutral tones. All rooms are cleverly arranged on the first floor. The total closed net area is 145.7 m2, of which 139.1 m2 is heated. The key words for the house are excellent location, low maintenance costs, and spaciousness.

Upon entering the house, there is a large wardrobe niche in the hallway, and beyond the corridor is a living room with an open kitchen. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a terrace. Sunlight will shine on the terrace almost the entire day, and it is covered by the house's roof to enjoy outdoor spaces even in rainy weather. In addition to three medium-sized bedrooms, there is a larger bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a toilet. The technical side of the house is conveniently separated in a technical room, accessible from both inside the house and from outside. There is also a 6.6m2 shed attached to the house where various garden-related items can be stored.

The house is built from Aeroc 200 Classic stone blocks with PIR 120mm insulation. The facade material is vertical wooden cladding. The roof covering is Ruukki Classic, a longitudinal seam metal roof with a timeless appearance.

The yard has a car shelter. Entry through an automatic sliding gate is covered with stone paving for more convenient parking.

LOCATION
The location is excellent for those who value convenience and accessibility. Kiili Gymnasium, kindergarten, and Coop and Maxima stores are just a short drive away.
