A 3-room apartment located on the first floor. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, the kitchen has a wood stove along with a heat accumulator. The toilet and bathroom are combined. The windows have double glazing with wooden frames. The heating appliances are functional and there is a valid chimney sweep certificate (November 2025). The apartment has high ceilings.

The apartment has two entrances: one through a terrace, which is for the exclusive use of this apartment, the other entrance from the back of the building leads from the courtyard into a shared corridor, which is used by all residents of the building.

The veranda is part of the apartment layout. If desired, the veranda can be converted into an additional room or a terrace can be built.

Storage spaces and outbuildings:

The apartment includes a basement box and part of the shed located in the courtyard. There are two storage spaces in the building corridor. Access to the basement is through a separate external door from the courtyard. In the courtyard there is a shared wood shed for residents where you can store firewood for the winter.

The apartment includes garden land: a strawberry patch, raspberries, berry bushes and a couple of apple trees.

The building:

The building at Piiri 4 was built in 1948 and contains a total of 4 apartments. The building has a condominium association. The building has a shared outdoor area for residents and a very large garden where you can spend time pleasantly as well as engage in gardening. The apartment also includes a grilling corner. Parking is on the street.

The building roof has been replaced.

In 2026, there are plans to start renovating the building.

The area:

Piiri Street is a quiet neighborhood. The nearest bus stop is approximately 120 m away. The city center is approximately 5 minutes away by car. Nearby there is a shop (approximately 350 m) and schools: a vocational school (approximately 450 m) and a primary school (approximately 800 m). Rakvere Hospital and an animal clinic are located approximately 400 m away.
