The windows of the apartment have been replaced. The apartment needs renovation, which gives the new owner the opportunity to design the home according to their own taste. The apartment has central heating and, in addition, a stove with a heat-storing wall in the kitchen.

The building is in good condition: the stairwells have metal security doors and double-glazed plastic windows, the stairwells have been renovated, and the basement windows have also been replaced.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The village has everything necessary for daily life: Grossi grocery store, cafe, library, post point, and community center where various exercise classes and interest groups are available for both youth and seniors.

The nearest larger settlement is Kose village, located just 6 km away. There is both a bus line and a cycle path. In Kose, there are kindergarten, basic school, high school, cultural center, church, library, and several shops. For sports, there are tennis courts, a health trail, and football and track and field stadiums.

Tallinn city center is approximately 40 km away, and the drive along the four-lane Tallinn–Tartu highway takes only 25-30 minutes by car. There is also a good bus connection to Tallinn.
