Project introduction

We were inspired by the opportunity to design homes for people in a historic environment, in one of Pärnu's oldest and perhaps most famous commercial buildings in a very good location by the Sauga River. The unique brick facade and old warehouse structure provided an opportunity to create personalized homes. The higher first floor offers the possibility of building larger loft-type apartments with high living rooms and other rooms on different levels. We will expose the building's history through details and dignified materials. The historical red brick facade of the building will be restored to its original form. During planning, we kept our focus on the old heritage, with the new architecture being more supportive and highlighting of the old." (Luhse & Tuhal Architects) Vagabondi lofts are spacious, with high intermediate ceilings and comfortable loggias. In interior design, you can choose between three different packages: the first is more minimalist (Amsterdam), the second slightly more exclusive (London), and the third distinctly industrial (New York).
