INTRODUCTION
Next to the town of Keila, near health trails, a new living environment is emerging with a vision where strong architecture, good design and the surrounding nature blend into a unified whole.
A modern residential area will be created in the planned area, where in addition to the developing neighbourhood, an undisturbed natural environment, a historic oak grove and a juniper landscape would remain. Space and openness.
First and foremost, we introduce to you spacious gallery-type TOWNHOUSES with architecture that blends into the environment being built in the area. The architects of the townhouses are acclaimed b210 architects Mari Hunt and Ahti Sepsivart.
Construction began in autumn 2025 and initially two townhouses with 5 building sections will be completed. In subsequent phases, we will continue development of townhouses and detached houses with the same architectural character, creating an integrated neighbourhood.
ARCHITECTURE These are U-shaped gallery-type building sections with a total area of 103.3 m² and a 25.7 m² terrace located in the inner courtyard.
Within this space is a flowing 4-room family home. Each building section is single-storey with high ceilings. The central element of the house is an individual courtyard, around which the rooms are arranged. The courtyard provides an opportunity to create a more private and freely usable yard area. The townhouses are articulated by gable roofs and low-slope pergola roofs.
Light, contemporary and minimalist architecture forms a symbiotic whole with nature.

Each building section has 3 bedrooms and each building section includes an external storage shed (next to the entrance).
COURTYARD ADDITIONS
