A cottage suitable as a country home near Kesu bog and mushroom forests, together with 3717m2 of land. There are few neighbors, one house is next door and another across the road. All roads are public municipal roads that are kept open even in winter.

Structurally, this is a wooden frame house with silicate exterior cladding built on a shallow foundation, which needs renovation.
The house has a circular layout with three rooms, a spacious kitchen, a washing room, a dry toilet and a storage room-woodshed.
The rooms have wooden plank floors and wooden plank ceilings, from which the paint has peeled off (they have not leaked through). The stove and stove with heat storage wall - they have not been heated for a long time and need repair. In the washing room there is a heated tank for obtaining washing water.
Currently there is no well and a new dug or drilled well will need to be made to obtain water. There are two sheds in the yard.

The land is 3717m2 - a reasonable size and so there is little mowing.
Privacy is enhanced by tall spruces and a road-side privet hedge. An old milk churn recalls times past. A small pond that extends to the neighboring property as well.
Kesu bog and mushroom forests and Avaste nature conservation area are 2-3 km away. The property does not have nature conservation restrictions. Shops are in Vana-Vigala (8km) and Kivi-Vigala.
