The house is 2-story, built in the 1980s (although the Building Register shows the estimated completion date as 1996, but in reality the house was built in the 1980s).
Access to the house is from the street via the main entrance, but there is also an exit on the other side of the house, to the backyard.
Upon entering through the main entrance, on the first floor there is a corridor, to the right of which are a spacious kitchen and living room, to the left is a large work room (if desired, it can also be used as a bedroom or even a kitchen, as there are existing plumbing and water connection points from before) and a longer corridor, from which there is access to the bathroom, sauna, toilet, and from there to the garage which is connected to the house.

The house has a shallow foundation, with brick being the material for load-bearing and reinforcing structures. The outer wall is brick or small block with plaster finish. The roof structure and intermediate floors are wooden, the roof covering material is corrugated metal roofing (currently shown as asbestos cement in the Building Register, the owner will correct the information with a notification soon).
Overall, a very good option for a family, it is possible to live in the house immediately, and the house has been continuously lived in.
Most of the larger furniture and appliances remain in the house. The purchase and sale agreement will note that the house needs renovation, the stove and heating element need renovation and replacement accordingly. The electrical system needs to be checked and may need renovation, as do the water and sewerage pipes, etc. The house has been lived in so far and there are no problems, but this is not a new building.
Under the house there is a full basement, where there is a digital water meter and central heating pipes and corresponding meters.
The territory is surrounded by a fence. Quite active neighborhood watch. Recently renovated rainwater system on the street, so that rainwater no longer accumulates at the edges of the properties, but flows away nicely.
