The house foundation is 1.5 meters high. Water and sewage pipes have been brought into the building. The floor between levels is made of wood.

The layout allows for three bedrooms to be built on the second floor. The first floor is planned to have a kitchen, living room, bedroom, technical room, sauna, and toilet/bathroom.

The new owner will receive a large quantity of building materials, including granite window sills and materials necessary for facade insulation and finishing. You will also get a unique staircase that leads to the second floor.

The property also has its own pond, where it is possible to stock fish. Proximity to the forest ensures clean air, a peaceful living environment, and privacy.
