Description

The farm complex is located in Aakre village.

Aakre is an established and functioning village with all essential daily services available. The village has a kindergarten-primary school, a grocery store, a community center, and an active local community.

Aakre village is situated not far from Lake Võrtsjärv, adding natural value to the area and offering diverse recreational opportunities.

Aakre was first mentioned in historical records in 1557. The development of the village has historically been connected to agriculture and farm life, and the rural character of the area has been preserved to this day.

The farm complex consists of four buildings:

Fieldstones were used in the construction of the main farmhouse and the outbuildings, giving the buildings a timeless appearance and forming a visually coherent ensemble.

The residential building was constructed in 1970. The enclosed net area is 65.7 m². The building is single-storey. The walls are made of natural stone, and the roof is covered with asbestos cement sheets (eternit).

Heating is provided by a local solid-fuel boiler with a central heating system.

The house includes three rooms, a toilet, a shower, and a sauna.

The building’s designated use was previously changed to an office building, but it can be converted back into a residential house.

The utility building was constructed approximately in 1919, with an enclosed net area of 212.2 m². The walls are made of natural stone, and the roof is covered with eternit.

The arched halls were built in 2002.

One hall has an enclosed net area of 260 m², and the other 755 m².

The walls of the halls are made of metal sheeting.

The arched halls can be dismantled and, if desired, sold for scrap metal, providing additional flexibility in the use of the property.

This is a farm complex with versatile usage potential, suitable for residential use, business activities, or a combination of both.

A new land plot of approximately 7,000 m² will be formed from the existing property.

An illustrative site plan is included in the listing, with the part for sale outlined in black.

A short drive away is the settlement of Rõngu, an important service and employment center in the region. Several larger and well-known companies operate in Rõngu and its surrounding area, including Valio Eesti AS Rõngu cheese factory and Rõngu Mahl. The settlement also offers various shops and service providers, ensuring good access to everyday services.
