As you step into the cozy entrance hall, you’ll immediately feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to stay.
Four bedrooms offer peace and privacy for you and your family — spaces to dream, relax, and recharge so every day begins fresh and joyful. Each room is filled with natural light and homey comfort.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room — a place where family and friends gather, laughter flows, and shared meals become cherished memories. It’s a space no one wants to leave.
The WC and shower room are stylish and functional, providing moments of personal time, while the sauna is perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The adjoining relaxation room offers a peaceful spot to enjoy your sauna time, while the utility room makes daily life practical and organized.
THE HOUSE
On the southeast side of the house, you'll find an outdoor terrace.
The house components were designed and produced by Estonia’s most experienced house manufacturer, Matek. The roof is covered with roof tiles, and the facade is clad in wooden siding.
The house is heated with a geothermal heat pump, implemented as a local underfloor heating solution.
A heat recovery ventilation system ensures efficient air circulation.
For faster hot water availability, a recirculation pipe system is installed right up to the last consumption point.

THE AREA
Kindergartens Lastetare and Lepatriinu, Kehra Gymnasium, the stadium, and a riverside swimming area by the Jägala River are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Kehra offers various activities for children, including a music school, youth center, and numerous sports clubs. There are also several playgrounds nearby.
