A home with an excellent location is situated across from the Baltic Defense College and is only a short walk away from the center of Tartu.
In the vicinity are Vanemuine Theater, Tartu Jaan Poska Gymnasium, Miina Härma Gymnasium, the newly renovated Tartu Downtown Daycare Center, Midrimaa Kindergarten, Tartu railway station and bus station, Tartu University main building, and Town Hall Square.

A city bus stop is located in front of the building. Bus connections to other parts of the city are excellent.
Parking is paid in front of the building on Võru Street, with Tartu downtown B-zone parking rules applying.

The 36.2 m² apartment layout consists of:
– an open-plan living room with kitchen niche
– a bedroom
– a bathroom with shower.
The functionally furnished living space has everything needed for comfortable living - bed, sofa, quality kitchen furniture with appliances, wall cabinet, washing machine.
The apartment is finished in light tones.

The apartment is equipped with an economical and automated air-water system for underfloor heating production.
Hot water comes from an electric water boiler.

The following utility charges are added to the monthly rent:
- electricity according to consumption (approximately 50-100€)
- 15€ water/sewerage
- waste 8€
- Rendin monthly insurance premium 18 euros.

TV, telephone and internet services in the building are provided by: Telia Eesti AS (the tenant has the option to conclude a subscription agreement for a separate fee)

When concluding a Rendin rental agreement, the tenant must pay the first monthly rent in advance and a contract fee (one month's rent, plus VAT). Those who fail to pass the background check at Rendin are subject to a security deposit requirement of one month's rent. Rendin users are not subject to a security deposit requirement.
