The first payment when concluding a rental agreement is:
* security deposit 300 €, which will be returned at the end of the rental period;
* first month's rent 300 €;
* broker fee 300 €.

Total first payment 900 €.
Utility costs are added to the rent.

APARTMENT
The apartment has plastic-framed windows and is in average condition. The apartment includes an upholstered sofa, kitchen furniture, refrigerator, stove/oven, washing machine (all furniture and appliances shown in the pictures).

UTILITY COSTS
Utility costs are approximately 60 euros in summer and 110-130 euros in winter and also include electricity (approximately 30 euros).

BUILDING
The building has a functioning apartment association. The building has had its roof replaced, facades renovated and electrical wiring upgraded, new electrical panels installed, the stairwell refurbished and corridor windows replaced.

PARKING
Free parking in front and behind the building.

SURROUNDINGS
The area around the building is characterized by abundant greenery and excellent infrastructure. Near the apartment building there are several places suitable for leisure activities and sports, such as Pääsküla bog hiking trails, Männiku Wakepark, Männiku lake, Järve health trails and many other recreational areas. These offer plenty of opportunities for active leisure and nature enjoyment in every season – both in summer and winter.
