To rent out a 3-room apartment in the center of Jõhvi through the Rendin platform.

The tenant needs to register as a user on ******* and apply for the property through the platform.

For contracts concluded through Rendin, the tenant does not need to pay a traditional security deposit, but the tenant pays a monthly administration fee of 4% of the rent directly to Rendin based on an invoice.

The apartment has gas heating and also has central heating risers running through it. Warm apartment (the building has been insulated during facade renovation).

Two separate bedrooms and a through living room, which is connected to an open kitchen.

Kitchen has furnished appliances - electric stove with oven, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator.

Shower room with shared toilet. Hot water from gas boiler (modern boiler, regularly serviced).

Bright and warm apartment. Windows open to the back of the building and to the side (towards Narva direction).

There is no broker fee for this property.

Monthly rent is 350 eur. All utilities, taxes and charges are added to this (housing cooperative utility bill, electricity bill, insurance monthly fee 10 eur, G4S Nublu online fire detector monthly fee 9 eur).

Rent is always paid in advance for the next month during the previous month!

As described above - for contracts concluded through Rendin, there is no need to pay a security deposit, but the tenant pays 4% of the rent directly to Rendin monthly based on an invoice.

To rent out to a maximum of a 3-member family or two adults. I expect cleanliness, responsibility and certainly solvency from the tenant!

The contract is concluded for a fixed term and notice of lease termination is required at least 60 days in advance.
