Von Wahli Residents is a unique development project in Tartu, where a historically protected wooden house is being restored into a modern dwelling. The property located at Staadioni 81//83 sits on a high slope of the Emajõgi River in a manorial park. The apartments are enhanced by high ceilings and preserved and restored original interior doors. Park-side apartments have windows facing south and evening sun, with stunning views overlooking the city and Emajõgi River.

Preserved elements and materials of the historical building are restored to the maximum extent, either restored or replaced authentically, with many original components being reused. The building's grand wide wooden stairs with railings will also be restored.

Von Wahli Residents is being built by Villaare OÜ, which has been operating in this field for 20 years and has experience restoring a similar heritage-protected building in Tartu at Vallikraavi 10 apartment building.
