Intermediate ceilings: Wooden beams.
Partition walls and load-bearing walls: Cross-laminated timber or wood frame, using Fermacell boards. Walls are covered with lime plaster, the plastered surface ensures good breathability of the building.
Roof: Sheet metal roof with attic.
Plinth: Natural stone, which emphasizes the historic appearance.
Facade: Wood cladding with detailed ornamental work. Insulation – 50 mm cellulose wool from outside, 30 mm reed mat from inside.
Windows: Double-glazed windows in wooden frames.
Doors: Apartment exterior door – wood, interior doors - wooden panel doors.


Ventilation: Two central ventilation units with heat recovery, electric heater and cooling module ensure quality indoor climate in the building.
Heating: District heating, apartments have water-based underfloor heating. Each room's temperature can be regulated separately.


Parking and courtyard area: Access roads and parking areas are covered with various concrete pavers. The back courtyard has a park area with tall vegetation and native trees, where residents have a recreation and play area. There is also a pergola on the property, which creates a pleasant place for residents to spend time.
