Preserved elements and materials of the historic building are restored to the maximum extent and either restored or replaced originally, with many original components being reused. The building's grand wide wooden stairs with railings will also be restored.

Von Wahli Residents is being built by Villaare OÜ, which has been operating in this field for 20 years and has experience restoring a similar heritage-protected building in Tartu at Vallikraavi 10 apartment building.
