LOCATION

The apartment is located in the center of Tartu in a modern, very different building completed last year, on the city's main street. The building, whose architects were Agabus Architects (Mattias Agabus and Meeli Keskküla-Külaots), stands out for its modern architectural and functional solution. An aluminum composite metal comb is used as a facade finish, which covers the facade, shades the windows from direct sunlight and reduces traffic noise.

The building has an elevator and the front door is equipped with a phono lock system. The house is managed by an active apartment association.

The monthly costs are very reasonable and remain within the limit of only 50 euros both in summer and winter.

NEAR

Right in the heart of the city and located at the intersection of Riia and Pepleri, Tartu's main thoroughfare, the charms of the city center are within touching distance - if you want a quick lunch or an evening gourmet experience in a restaurant, a theater, a concert, spa pleasures or just shopping: everything is there! The Natural History Museum of the University of Tartu is only 400 meters away, and the Tartu Cathedral and the Tartu Observatory are about 1 km away. Tartu City Museum is 1.4 km away, while Baer House is 1.2 km away. Emajõgi's nice promenade is 800 meters away on foot.

NB! The location close to the city center and the university also provides a good opportunity for short-term accommodation or renting out for a longer period.
