Payment description: "Deposit 3.06.2026 16:00 for participation in auction ID97875. Real estate: Kirde tn 4, Tapa municipality, Lääne-Viru county". The deposit is considered paid from the moment it is received. The deposit must be received no later than 03.06.2026 at 16:00. Later receipts will not be accepted. The deposit paid by the buyer will be deducted from the purchase price, and it will be returned to other auction participants on the working day following the auction day.

Registration for the auction begins on 27.04.2026 at 16:00 and ends on 03.06.2026 at 16:00.

A person is registered as an auction participant if the registration request and its necessary attachments comply with the auction conditions, the deposit has been paid, and the person may participate in the auction as a bidder.

The auction begins on 04.06.2026 at 10:00 and ends on 11.06.2026 at 10:00. The extension end interval is 10 minute(s).
