Saue Municipality is selling a 1-room apartment no. 38 located in the building at Tule Street 5 in Saue town with a total area of 32.9 m² (located on the property with cadastral reference 72801:002:0039, area 2685 m², intended use 100% residential land), at an initial price of 65,000 euros.

The building at Tule Street 5 was constructed in 1988 and apartment 38 is located on the third floor of a 5-storey apartment building. Although the apartment underwent a sanitary renovation in 2019, the electrical wiring and plumbing are old. The apartment includes a 3 m² balcony.

The panel building roof covering has been replaced and the roof space insulated, as well as the end walls insulated. The stairwell is locked and has a code lock system. The apartment building has district heating. An energy label class D was issued for the building in 2025. The monthly repair fund contribution is 1 euro/m², there is no loan. Parking is free in front of the building.
