The sale of homes in the next phase of Õielehe residential quarter has begun!

Three 2-storey apartment buildings will contain only 11 apartments in each building, with 2–5 rooms. All apartments have a balcony or terrace and are prepared for the addition of a cooling system. The parking spaces are prepared for the installation of electric car charging points and the building roofs have solar panels. The homes will be completed in spring 2027.

An additional €14,000 is added to the price of the apartment for a storage unit and two parking spaces.
