Kinnisvara24 and Estonian Association of Real Estate Agents Sign Cooperation Agreement
Kinnisvara24 has started cooperating with the Estonian Real Estate Brokers Association to jointly develop the real estate sector and increase the value of brokers' work.
"Since its founding, the Kinnisvara24 portal has aimed to protect brokers' interests and value their profession. As one of the main supporters of the Estonian Real Estate Brokers Association, we now have the opportunity to contribute more to this," said Kinnisvara24 CEO Urmas Uibomäe.
According to Estonian Real Estate Brokers Association Chairwoman Katrin Kuusma, they chose Kinnisvara24 as their cooperation partner primarily because it is a domestic portal whose owners consist of Estonian companies. "We are concerned about the well-being of Estonian real estate brokers, which is why we wanted a partner portal that involves us in developing its innovations and features as equal market participants. This way, solutions emerge through cooperation and support and simplify brokers' daily work," added Kuusma.
According to her, Kinnisvara24 was also chosen as a cooperation partner because of their reasonable pricing and friendly and supportive communication with brokers. The Association's goal is for the cooperation to bring real added value to members, support professional competence, facilitate information exchange, and make daily work smoother.
As part of the cooperation, Kinnisvara24 will organize seminars for brokers twice a year, where the tools of the portal's statistics environment for monitoring and analyzing the real estate market will be presented. This enables brokers to make more informed decisions and increase the number of transactions. Participation in seminars also provides brokers with the necessary credits required to take the professional exam.
"Being a broker is not easy – only someone who combines the skills and knowledge of specialists in multiple fields can be successful," added Uibomäe. Kinnisvara24 encourages brokers to actively participate in the Association's seminars and training courses to broaden their horizons and invest in self-development. The company considers it important that more and more brokers obtain a professional certificate, which requires training and learning and helps improve the functioning of the entire real estate market.
