The modern Silicate Technopark, located on 28 hectares, was built in a historically developing industrial building area in Nõmme city district in Männik. According to the detailed plan, up to four-storey stock-office type buildings and traditional business, storage and production buildings can be built on a total of 22 plots. Flexible planning provides the opportunity to combine different plots, making it possible to expand in the future. All necessary utilities are available: water, sewerage, electricity, gas, heating and telecommunications. The proximity of water boreholes and a regional substation provides the opportunity for high-voltage electricity and water consumption. Using technological water from the nearby pump lake can help reduce costs in the production process.
