Behind the magnificent architecture of the Machine Hall are the renowned St. Petersburg architects Nikolai Vasiliev and Alexei Bubor. They also designed, for example, the Luther Villa (today's "Palace of Happiness") and the Estonian Drama Theater. The furniture factory structures were also drawn in St. Petersburg, at a company called Virš & Gerzberg. The Luther Quarter's buildings are now entirely under heritage protection as architectural monuments.
GOOD ACCESS, WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE OLD TOWN
The Luther Machine Hall is located in the central city area, within walking distance of Tallinn's Old Town. There is good access by both car and public transportation. Bus and tram stops are up to a 7-minute walk from the office building. Several bicycle parking spaces have been created inside the building.
Parking is mostly solved in a parking garage within the same building volume, partially directly adjacent to the building. You can access the Machine Hall directly from the parking garage. Additionally, there is a central city parking zone next to the building and the Europark parking lot behind it.
One of the area's largest parks has been created next to the building. Together with other building tenants, you can also use a 200 m2 roof terrace as a shared work and relaxation area.
A cafe-bistro operates in the building.
In September 2022, the building joined Utilitas' heating networks.
An electric vehicle charging parking lot is being developed/planned.
The office is available for move-in. VAT of 20% will be added to the rental price.
