The building has thick 80 cm limestone walls and asbestos cement roof. Last used as a riding horse stable. Suitable for storage, workshop or small industrial development. Water and sewage connections are available, as well as electricity.

Anija Manor is logistically located excellently, only half an hour's drive from Tallinn. Different events take place in the main building of Anija Manor: concerts, performances, cinema and other entertainment, the manor café is open. From Anija to the center of the municipality Kehra is 8 km, where there are various transportation options - Kehra railway station and bus stops.

In 1858, the peasants of Anija Manor demanded a reduction in labor obligations from the manor, and went to Tallinn to demand this when the manor owner refused. Eduard Vilde wrote a novel based on these events called "When the Men of Anija Went to Tallinn".
