Three production spaces in good condition of different sizes available for rent. Each space has separate entrances.

Two rooms (222.4m2 + 64.5m2) are connected to each other and can be rented together or separately if desired. The rooms have new metal ramps, the larger room has doors on both sides of the building, with a loading platform on one side. Room height 4.6m, door height/width 3x3m.

One production space (280m2) is a separate large open-plan room. The room has a garage repair pit. Room height 4.6m, metal ramp height/width 4.2x4m.

Separate electricity meters are available, with electrical capacities of 3x120A and 3x150A respectively. The rooms do not have water or sewerage. It is possible to use the amenity and sanitary facilities located in the adjacent office building.

The rental rate for the spaces is 2.5eur/m2. VAT is added to the rental price.
