HISTORY
According to the Estonian Register of Buildings, the building reached its current volume and height in 1940. The estimated beginning of construction is the 14th century.
Rataskaevu Street emerged in the 11th century and was a connection between the trade route from the south, Pärnu Road, and the Town Hall Square.
The street was first mentioned in 1328, but the well that gave the street its name was first mentioned in the Tallinn hereditary book on April 30, 1375, as Sternsodi well.
