Kesk tee 30 warehouses are a warehouse complex being completed in spring 2026 in Jüri Technopark, offering storage space close to the city for your production company or hobbies that don't fit at home.

The warehouse floor has water and sewage connections and a staircase with a sand trap, with a storage height of 5.4 - 5.9 meters
The second floor office level creates the opportunity to keep the office and storage in one place. The office space has a built-in toilet.

The garage doors are overhead doors, which also include a personnel door and window openings.
Windows are plastic with triple glazing.

The building has a central heating system with a gas boiler. Air heaters are used on the warehouse floors and radiators in the office areas as heating components. The temperature can be regulated based on the warehouse needs and additional radiators can be installed if necessary.

Ventilation on the warehouse floor is local (fresh-air vents and fans). The office space has a heat recovery ventilation system.
Roof penetrations will be installed for cooling pipe routing.

For lighting, we use energy-efficient LED lights.

The area surrounding the warehouse building is enclosed by a fence, the gate is accessible 24/7 by phone. The entire territory is under surveillance camera watch, and security devices are installed on each space.
