HOUSE
The entire house has undergone a renovation in 2021, which also added integrated furniture and appliances. A new terrace will be completed by the end of summer 2025.

High-quality and valued interior finishing materials have been used, featuring marble surfaces, custom-made built-in furniture, tiger wood floors, and fixtures, sinks, and lighting from well-known brands.

The layout has been designed to be comfortable and practical for the residents.

The heat source is an economical air-to-water heat pump (installed in spring 2021). The entire house has underfloor heating, individually controllable from each room via separate controls.

Fresh air exchange is ensured by a supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery.

Active cooling ensures a comfortable environment during hot summer days.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS
Upon contract signing, the following must be paid: 1 month's rent of 3400 € and brokerage fee of 3400 € + VAT, deposit 3400 €.
