The parking area includes partially underground parking spaces, readiness for electric car chargers, as well as storage rooms and bicycle spaces on the parking level.

A spacious children's playground with various play options has been planned for the Uus-Laagri family homes. APARTMENT BUILDING
Uus-Laagri development offers a high-quality and modern living environment. Thanks to thoughtful energy solutions, smart layout, and green surroundings, it is an ideal choice for families and people who appreciate a contemporary lifestyle. First-phase buildings are planned as three-story structures with one underground level, comprising a total of 23 + 23 apartments. Construction at Veehaldja 9 and 11 has begun, with completion planned for autumn 2026. The quarter will be fully completed in 2027.
The facade uses wooden cladding, facade panels, and plaster, giving the building a modern and aesthetic appearance. Apartments have wooden-clad terraces or PVC-covered balconies with lighting and strong current sockets.
APARTMENTS
The building mostly contains 2- to 3-room apartments, but also includes 4- to 5-room apartments, with all apartments having a terrace or balcony. Apartments are spacious, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality interior finishing. Triple-glazed PVC windows will be installed in the building. Apartment exterior doors are made of wood or metal, depending on the interior finishing package.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND HEATING SYSTEMS
Heating: The building uses district heating from ADVEN with water underfloor heating, which distributes heat evenly across the entire living area, offering maximum comfort. Temperature can be regulated individually in each room using a wall-mounted thermostat that can be connected to WiFi and controlled via a smart device.
Ventilation: Mechanical ventilation with heat exchanger is installed, continuously supplying rooms with fresh air and helping to prevent heat loss.
Solar Panels: Roof-mounted solar panels allow for building cooling during summer days.
Smart Solutions: Each apartment is equipped with a smart control system that allows individual regulation of room temperature and ventilation speed via a remote control.
