BOOKING
When booking an apartment, a deposit of 6600 euros must be paid, and then within 2 months, 30% of the net apartment price +10% VAT must be paid (from which the already paid 6600 euros will be deducted).
Before the final completion of the apartment and the purchase transaction, 70% of the net apartment price +10% VAT must be paid. It should be noted that the final payment will be made from the buyer's Spanish bank account.

Developments are guaranteed for up to 10 years.
