Each apartment has an apartment-specific heat recovery ventilation system (separate ventilation unit). Additionally, all apartments are designed with cooling readiness. Parking spaces are located on the -1st parking floor (unheated) and on a parking area located away from the building. Storage rooms are located on the -1st and 1st floors for most apartments, with some on the 2nd-4th floors. Common lockable rooms for bicycles, scooters, and strollers are on the -1st and 1st floors. On the southern side of the property, there is a cozily lit, landscaped, and fenced outdoor area with a playground for children, including a swing and sandbox, as well as tables and sitting benches for adults. The entire property's landscaping is integrated with existing high greenery, creating a natural, nature-close, and small-town-like environment. The apartment building features a convenient smart home solution, and apartments are equipped with a touch screen that allows control of various home functions.
