Wind, Sun, Cloud and South Streets are the streets of your new home. These streets will form the new Ülevälja Residential Area for residents who appreciate the charm of nature in the beautiful village of Seljametsa. Ülevälja Residential Area is located in the village of Seljametsa, Paikus subdistrict and is part of the city of Pärnu. The centre of the sub-district is Paikuse alev, on the left bank of the Pärnu River, bordering Sindi to the north and Pärnu City to the south. The first phase of the Ülevälja residential area comprises 34 plots. The new streets named Lõuna, Pilve, Tuule, Päikese and Koidu will remain local roads in the village of Seljametsa. Access roads will be built by the developer of the residential area. The roads will be asphalted and street lighting will be installed. According to the agreement between the developer and the municipality, the roads will be handed over to the municipality.
