Come to the orientation day on Monday at 4-5 p.m. Register to participate! Allikametsa – a home on the edge of a forest in a pleasant living environment! New homes are being built in Kiili municipality, right next to the school. The buildings in Allikametsa have well-thought-out architectural solutions and carefully selected colors, taking into account the living environment. Together, the houses form a colorful ensemble that creates a sense of home in the residents and helps to distinguish the buildings from each other. Each building has a different main color of the exterior wall, complemented by light gray plinths and glass balcony railings. The apartment buildings are three-story and have 13 apartments. There are two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. All apartments have balconies. There are storage rooms on the first floor of the building and also a bicycle room. A larger green area with a children's play area is located to the north of the apartment buildings. The parking area is designed on the southern edge of the property, in the area between the apartment buildings. 4 apartments (4 terraced house boxes) have been designed for the building at Välja tn 2/2. Each terraced house box is a two-story, separately functioning unit. On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, sauna, storage room, wardrobe, utility room, shed. The spacious terrace on the first floor can be accessed from the living room. On the second floor there are bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and a balcony. In front of each terraced house box there is a parking area for two cars. The yard area is divided between the boxes. The buildings are designed as energy class A buildings. Solar panels will also be installed on the roof and, of course, there is ventilation with heat recovery. Kiili rural municipality has a very favorable location in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn. You can easily get around by car or public transport. The rural municipality has a school, kindergarten, art school, youth center, stadium, health trails, and many other exciting things.
