Baron's House is a very special private house with six rooms, a sauna and a terrace, with a glass facade of the kitchen-dining room that is six meters high. The interior of the private house is characterized by the keyword "modern city house" and its focus is the wall covered with limestone between the glass-facade dining room and living room. The kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry rooms are furnished, plus curtains in the master bedroom and bathroom. All of this is included in the price of the home! The house's water-powered underfloor heating is adjustable separately in each room. The dining room has a six-meter window with smart glass, which can be frosted to ensure privacy. This home has a cozy sauna, the steam room of which has a glass wall, the lining board and sauna platform are finished in dark gray and treated with SUP sauna wax. The Estonian designer heater Huum Hive provides warmth and decorates the steam room. The sanitary ware in the Baron's house is matte white. The sinks and toilets are from the GSI range, and the stone bathtub is from the Estonian manufacturer Balteco. The faucets are from the Grohe Essence series.
