HOMELY COMFORT IN COZY GREENS
Home is a place where the youngest in the family can play on the playground nearby and the most athletic member of the family can jog. The feeling of home is also in the greenery between the houses – on the Kopli Street side, there are two large apple orchards with over a hundred fruit trees. The beautiful natural environment offers opportunities for relaxation, picnics or walks. In addition, there are children's playgrounds and recreation areas where children and adults can have a great time.
ENJOY YOUR FREE TIME
Entertainment and leisure opportunities are offered both in the home quarter, Manufaktuuri, and in neighboring areas, and North Tallinn as a whole is one of the most cultured districts of the city. The culinary level is kept particularly high, from the local bakery to the lounge bars. They are within walking distance and you can also find them in the quarter.
Less than a kilometer away is Pelgurand with its pedestrian and forest paths, Pikakari and Stroomi beaches, Sõle sports center and the soon-to-be-created Putukaväil are also nearby.
In addition, everything you need for everyday life is within easy reach: four large grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies are located nearby.
ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE
The quarter is bordered by roads with good accessibility: Kopli, Sõle and Sitsi streets. With the well-being of road users in mind, various means of transportation have been taken into account, such as cars, bicycles, public transport, ride-sharing services, etc., while car traffic inside the quarter is minimal.
The building is being developed by Hepsor and built by Mitt & Perlebach. The building is being designed by the architectural firm Molumba, and the author of the interior architecture is LÄVI sisearhitektid.
