Kadaka forest is Mustamäe's biggest forest park, spanning 19.3 hectares. Curious squirrels, chirping birds and winding health trails are luxuries that every Kadaka Forest Park resident will enjoy. Never before has the path from your front door to a picnic under the pine trees been shorter!

Cosy and energy-efficient homes.
Three cosy and energy-efficient apartment buildings will be erected on the verge of the forest, in close proximity to Kadaka Selver supermarket, in the first phase of development. The apartments will be suitable for everyone: large and small families, young and old alike. The first building will have 60 apartments. The smaller apartments will be cosy nests under 30 m², while the larger ones will measure up to 72 m² and be four-room family apartments.
