In the final phase of the 254-home Luccaranna residential area being developed by real estate developer Invego, four buildings will be built, which means 30 new homes and 5 business spaces. The residential area, which costs a total of 31 million euros, will be completed in the first half of 2026.

According to Invego CEO Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the Luccaranna development, which spans ten hectares, and its sales have progressed rapidly even in the quieter years recently. "Luccaranna will be finally completed in a year, but by now approximately three-quarters of the homes have been sold and more than half have already moved in by now," confirms Vähi, who notes that Luccaranna, along with the nearby Tiskreoja residential area, which was already completed last year and was also built by Invego, has transformed this area between Haabersti and Tabasalu into the fastest-growing district in the last five years. "A peaceful living environment, proximity to the sea, proper modern infrastructure and diverse leisure activities make this area attractive," explains Vähi.

"With Luccaranna, we made a significantly larger investment than is common in both architecture and construction, so that both the buildings and the surrounding courtyards are solved as a unified enjoyable whole. This first and foremost improves quality of life, but over the years also increases the value of each homeowner's property," emphasizes Vähi, adding that all home buyers receive a five-year construction guarantee from Invego, which provides peace of mind and allows you to move into your new home worry-free.

According to Vähi, Luccaranna's distinctive strength is its architectural solution, whose authors were selected through a competition to be KUU architects and Kino landscape architects. "The linear park in the center of the residential area, along with walking paths, connects the homes with natural vegetation areas and the beach. At the same time, it ensures a car-free rest area between the houses, providing homeowners with plenty of peace and privacy," describes Vähi, further noting that thanks to large windows and high ceilings, plenty of daylight enters the rooms, and many homes also have beautiful sea views.

The residential area, which will be finally completed in 2026, consists of 20 apartment buildings and 11 triple villas and the construction work is carried out by NOBE. In total, 254 new homes will be built in the seaside residential area. According to the vision of KUU architects and Kino landscape architects, Luccaranna will become a thoroughly thought-out architectural whole. Luccaranna has bright homes with balconies and terraces, parking moved to the edges of the quarter and car-free areas between the buildings, where well-maintained and organized areas and paved sidewalks alternate with natural areas.

Luccaranna is located in Tallinn city, in the seaside part of the Tiskre district next to Tabasalu bank. In the 19th century, it was a popular summer resort for the upper classes. The Luccaranna area, together with Georg Witte's swimming salon located in Kadriorg, was one of the country's most popular seaside resorts among the high society of both Tallinn and St. Petersburg. The Lucca and Tiskre resorts were visited at one time by the poet Pushkin's family and his friends, as well as by the renowned historian and writer Karamzin.
