On Thursday, the cornerstone of Tiiru 3, the newest apartment building in the Valgre residential area, was laid in Pärnu's beach district. With the participation of guests, builders, and Pärnu Mayor Romek Kosenkranius, the 7-story seaside apartment building that received the cornerstone ceremony will accommodate 43 apartments. "I must say I have a good feeling that this Tiiru street surroundings will change this area and the city's skyline to be more attractive, and on the other hand, naturally the city is interested in new residents coming to live here – then future Pärnu residents will certainly enjoy this architecture and natural beauty," said Kosenkranius at the cornerstone ceremony, placing Pärnu city's silver badge in the time capsule.

The Valgre residential area, which began construction in 2018, is located in Pärnu's beach district on an area of 21,000 m², along the extension of the seaside beach promenade. The residential area is planned to have five 7-9 story apartment buildings, which will accommodate up to 300 apartments in total. The residential area is being developed by Valgre Residence, a company with the participation of major entrepreneurs Jaan Pillesaar and Peter Ingman. The Tiiru 3 apartment building was designed by HG Architecture Bureau, the building is being constructed by Tera Ehitus, the development is financed by Swedbank, and sales activities are organized by Kinnisvaraekspert Pärnu.
