The luxurious penthouse spans 1400 square meters and has a total of 24 rooms, including 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The apartment building also includes a tennis court, swimming pool, billiards room, sports club, swimming facility and much more.
The buyer will also receive the apartment with monthly bills that are considerably higher than average — 14,000 euros for taxes and on average 11,450 euros in utility bills.
