Algis Liblik, co-founder of the "Kinnisvarajutud" podcast and one of Estonia's most productive top real estate agents in recent years, who has so far operated under the 1Estate Real Estate brand he created, has joined UUS MAA Pro franchise bureau as both a partner and an agent. This step combines two strengths: top-level marketing and sales experience and the strategic ambition of one of Estonia's fastest-growing real estate agencies.
According to UUS MAA Pro co-founder Martin Vendla, this is a deliberate move to further strengthen a team whose focus is on systematic sales processes, clear positioning, and growing influence beyond the market.
