New Land Expanded to Southeast Estonia

New Land Real Estate's franchise network has joined with New Land Eleven, which operates primarily in 11 municipalities in Southeast Estonia.

"Our goal is to offer South Estonian residents a full-range real estate service including brokerage, valuation, and consultation," explained Christina Luhamets, a member of the board of New Land Eleven. "Why New Land? I have worked in this field for 15 years and can clearly see that as part of a larger organization, we can raise the level of service even higher," she added.

The new franchise operates throughout South Estonia. "The name New Land Eleven comes from the fact that it covers 11 different municipalities: Võru, Rõuge, Antsla, Setomaa, Valga, Tõrva, Otepää, Põlva, Räpina, Kanepi, and Elva. The real estate market in the South Estonia region is quite active and gaining popularity among investors, and prices continue to be in an upward trend. Rental yields in this region are good and demand is high," described Luhamets.

"Our wish is to be close to our clients and uniformly cover the entire Estonian need for quality real estate services," commented Jaanus Laugus, chairman of the board of New Land Real Estate, on the expansion decision. "The opening of the Võru office and finding a suitable professional partner in South Estonia is once again a step closer to our goal of expanding to all Estonian regions."

New Land Eleven employs three real estate agents. The franchise office is located in a historic fire station on Võru's main square at Seminari 3.
