Tõnu Leinbock Took Over Leading Domus Real Estate Development Division
As of March 2, 2026, Domus Real Estate's development department will be led by Tõnu Leinbock, who has extensive experience in managing long-term engineering firms.
According to Ingvar Allekandi, the previous head of Domus Real Estate's development department, Estonia's real estate market is on the threshold of a new growth period, and strengthening the company's team is a logical step in this context. "The competition we conducted in the autumn to find a new department head brought us together with several strong candidates," said Allekandi. "In Tõnu Leinbock's case, it was his strong engineering background and clear vision of the leadership role that proved decisive, which is an excellent complement to Domus's development team's existing strengths and competencies."
According to Tõnu Leinbock, he joined the company at a time when the market is setting increasingly higher demands on developers. "I joined Domus at a very exciting time – competition in the new development sector is extremely fierce, and it requires us to be in top form. The challenges are significant, but the opportunities arising from both the market situation and Domus's strategy are inspiring. I believe I can use my previous experience in shaping service company processes to strengthen Domus's development team," said Leinbock.
Before joining Domus Real Estate, Tõnu Leinbock worked as the managing director of Arro and Agasild Engineering Bureau. He has acquired a master's degree in construction sciences from Tallinn University of Technology and is a level 7 qualified construction engineer. Ingvar Allekandi will continue working at the board of Domus Real Estate's parent company, focusing on strategy and serving as a connecting force between the group's units.
Domus Real Estate is a group of companies that has operated for over 23 years, providing real estate services, developing residential and commercial real estate, and managing real estate investments.
