The Market is Stirring: Invego is Building a New Residential Area on the Shore of Lahepere Bay
Real estate developer Invego has begun development and sales of Lahepere Rannakodud, a private residential area in the immediate vicinity of Kloogaranna. In the first phase, the company is investing over 4 million euros in the development of the private residential area planned in a seaside forest.
According to Kristjan-Thor Vähi, the head of Invego developing Lahepere Rannakodud, many people's living arrangements have changed significantly in the post-pandemic period. "Offices are rarely visited, and at the same time, privacy and proximity to nature are increasingly valued. Along with this, interest in investing more in building one's own home has also grown," explained Vähi, adding that Invego's role is to create complete readiness for a total of 35 unique modern homes, which are planned in a seaside forest grove, taking into account the existing high vegetation natural environment. "The developer has the readiness that allows those who act quickly to sit down for Christmas dinner with their family in a new home already by the end of this year," confirmed Invego's head.
According to Vähi, residential areas of such scale and quality planned only for private homes have not essentially been built in the last 15 years, where the developer builds sidewalks, access roads, street lighting, electrical connections and other necessities. "The impetus was given by Invego's couple of previous clients' serious interest in building a home in a new private residence," said Vähi, who noted that the location found is a particularly good combination on one hand of proximity and reliable connections to Tallinn, and on the other hand of a naturally beautiful living environment. "Lahepere Bay is one of Estonia's most beautiful bays and the Pakri Peninsula is by its nature largely a nature park," described Kristjan-Thor Vähi.
"Invego's strength is well-thought-out comprehensive living environments, such as Tiskreoja, Tabasalu Kodu and Luccaranna, where thousands of Estonian families have built homes in recent years," emphasized Vähi, who noted that the necessary communications are being created near the Lahepere Rannakodu plots – sidewalks, access roads, street lighting, electrical connections and other necessities, so that everyone could build their dream home there based on their wishes and needs.
Lahepere Rannakodu plots are located 100 meters from the sea in a high vegetation forest grove. The plots are 45 minutes' drive from Tallinn, and the roads and routes will be completed this year.
Invego is one of Estonia's leading real estate development companies, which in recent years has built over 1,100 homes and more than 35,000 m2 of commercial space in Tallinn and its surrounding areas. Invego develops Tiskreoja, Uus-Järveküla and Luccaranna residential areas.
