A New Collaboration Hub Opened in Telliskivi
Today, a new coworking hub called Telliskivi HUB opened in the Telliskivi TLN business district, located on the 6th and 7th floors of the ON building. The approximately 700 m² center has been created primarily for sole proprietors and smaller teams looking for a flexible and inspiring work environment.
Telliskivi HUB has a total of approximately 75 workspaces, including private offices of various sizes, open-access work areas, meeting rooms for 3–12 people, and phone booths for private calls. Additionally, the center features shared break areas and event spaces that can be used for organizing seminars and events.
According to Telliskivi HUB manager Kadri Vaas, the center's goal is to connect the entrepreneurs operating in the business district more closely into one community. "For us, the HUB is not just an office, but an environment where people meet, share experiences, and create new collaborations," said Vaas.
The center differs from other coworking spaces in the area by its emphasis on private offices, which are suitable for small and medium-sized teams. At the same time, the 6th floor features shared meeting points such as a kitchen and break areas to encourage interaction and idea exchange both within the HUB and throughout the entire Telliskivi business district.
Telliskivi HUB operates as an all-inclusive office solution that includes internet, meeting rooms, kitchen and break areas, cleaning services, and coffee and tea. The workspaces are fully furnished and equipped with ergonomic chairs and adjustable desks.
The location in Telliskivi business district is one of the center's strongest advantages. The HUB is just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Station and public transport hubs. The business district's active life – restaurants, theater, culture, and events – continues even after the workday ends, offering users a diverse work environment.
Hundreds of businesses already operate in Telliskivi business district, and the HUB is its natural continuation, offering a new platform for collaboration and business development.
