A collaboration center called Telliskivi HUB is being added to the Telliskivi TLN business district, occupying the highest floors, the 6th and 7th floors of the ON building. With the new center, an environment is being created where work, creativity, and community can function as a unified whole.

According to Telliskivi HUB director Kadri Vaas, the purpose behind creating a co-working center is to ensure that workspaces are not merely a place to work. "Telliskivi has become an attraction center in Tallinn's terms. Location is no longer just a geographical center point, but also a center of ideas and creativity. We want to create and support an environment where big ideas are supported by collaboration, which would shape the overall face of the entire business district," says Vaas.

The new Telliskivi HUB covers approximately 700 square meters and offers both private offices, shared-use desks, and meeting rooms of various sizes. The spaces are designed with accessibility in mind, and all areas are managed by digital co-working software, through which booking, access, and billing take place.

The HUB will have a total of 79 workspaces, with the majority, 57, located in team rooms and these private offices are suitable for teams of different sizes. In addition, there are five meeting rooms, an events and relaxation area, and separate quiet zones. Vaas notes that attention has been paid to maximizing natural light and the business district's open views.

„Comfort is nowadays a hygiene standard in work environments. Employees actually want a human scale," explains Vaas. "HUB relies strongly on the Telliskivi community. It provides the opportunity to be part of a place where culture, entrepreneurship, and everyday life intertwine."

Telliskivi HUB is part of the larger development of the business district, which has expanded in recent years in both entrepreneurship and culture sectors. According to Vaas, the new space fits organically into the existing environment, where freelancers, creative professionals, technology companies, and growing teams operate.

„Hybrid work has become the norm. Instead of forcing people into the framework of one work method, our role is to create choices – spaces that work for different needs," says Vaas.

Telliskivi HUB will officially open in January 2026.
