Raadi Rosegarden Rising in Tartu Brings Manor Park Home
In Tartu County, in the rapidly developing Raadi town, a new residential development Raadi Roosipark is being constructed. The project developed by Landen Real Estate consists of four A-energy class apartment buildings, which will contain a total of 92 homes and commercial spaces of different sizes. The first building will be completed in spring 2026.
Raadi Roosipark is a modern tribute to the historical Raadi Manor's beautiful garden and cultural heritage. Located at the edge of Tartu city, the development highlights the unique identity of the area, showcasing the beauty and balance characteristic of manor parks. At the heart of the project are nature proximity, quality, and aesthetic harmony with the surroundings – carefully selected landscaping, including approximately 50 majestic rose bushes, creates a park-like, comfortable atmosphere that offers visual enjoyment in every season.
The new development consists of a total of four buildings, which will be sold in three phases:
Phase I - currently pre-sales are underway for apartments and commercial spaces at Eskadrilli St. 2.
Phase II - sales of Eskadrilli St. 4 and 6 will begin in early 2026.
Phase III - sales of Eskadrilli St. 8 will begin in late 2026.
A-energy class buildings are designed to provide maximum energy efficiency, which ensures residents low maintenance costs and helps reduce ecological footprint. Each building uses modern technical systems, including a solar park, apartment-specific heat recovery ventilation, floor heating, and a smart Bisly home management system, which make everyday life comfortable, economical, and environmentally friendly.
A thoughtfully designed living environment at Raadi Roosipark supports community spirit and offers diverse opportunities for quality leisure time. A child-friendly playground, a shallow pond, shared garden areas, and varied landscaping create a nature-close and safe atmosphere. Residents will find a wide selection of homes - from cozy 1-room units to practical and spacious 5-room family apartments, where each home has a balcony or terrace. The entire development is constructed so that everyday life ensures both peace and a sense of belonging – this is also supported by a car-free courtyard area, which is divided into private and semi-private zones.
„In creating Raadi Roosipark, we have focused on ensuring that every detail supports energy efficiency, quality of life, and a strong sense of community. We want to create an environment that is both modern and nature-close – homes and commercial spaces that provide value both today and in the years to come," said Sten Uritam, CEO of Landen Real Estate.
The Landen Real Estate new development is being constructed next to Tartu city, in the rapidly developing Raadi town. The residences are located just 500 meters from Raadi Manor Park and a short walk from the Estonian National Museum. Everything needed for daily life is just a few hundred meters away, while Tartu city center is a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, new sports facilities and community services are being planned for the area, which will make the living environment of Raadi Roosipark even more diverse and valuable.
Pre-sales for apartments at Raadi Roosipark have begun. All interested parties are welcome to learn about the development details and apartment prices on the website www.roosipark.ee.
