Tanel Olek Becomes New CEO of Kaamos Real Estate
Tanel Olek, who brings extensive long-term experience in the real estate sector, is starting work as the CEO of Kaamos Real Estate. His responsibilities include strategic management of the company and further development of Kaamos Real Estate's business operations in both the Estonian and Latvian markets.
Tanel Olek has been active in the real estate sector for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, he has worked as a broker, sales manager, and company executive. Before joining Kaamos, he served as a member of the board of Mainor Ülemiste, the developer of Ülemiste City, where he was responsible for managing the sales team and budget, developing client relationships, and implementing the company's strategic goals.
Olek views joining Kaamos Real Estate as an excellent opportunity to continue supporting the growth of one of Estonia's most reputable real estate developers and to contribute to the development of innovative and comprehensive business and living environments.
"I have always enjoyed working with people, moving at a fast pace, and having the opportunity to accomplish something real. At Kaamos, strong team spirit is valued, there is trust, and the knowledge that together we are doing something meaningful," said Tanel Olek.
"We are pleased that Tanel decided to join the Kaamos team. He is a respected professional in his field who shares Kaamos's values and views real estate development as a long-term responsibility. We believe that his previous experience will help us continue our growth and strengthen Kaamos Real Estate's position in both the Estonian and Latvian markets," said Gert Jostov, Chairman of the Board of Kaamos Group.
